Event Design

Every year the Japan-America Society selects a flower to be at the center of their Gala. This year, the Chrysanthemum was chosen, traditionally symbolizing longevity and rejuvenation. Gold and Red were selected to be the embodying colors.

Table Number Cards

Upon registration, guests were given a “Table Number Card” thematically designed as a baseball. Guests’ table number was written in Sharpie on the front as indicated, and the QR code on the back sent them directly to register for the Gala’s Silent Auction.

Menu & Namecards

In previous years, it appeared that these two were printed on generic templates. However, I purposefully wanted these to be designed to match the rest of the event branding style for this year, as small details like these tie the aesthetic of the event together. The printed materials on the table therefore matched the ikebana arrangements on each table as well.
